Safe & Natural Options
Perinatal/pregnancy care is the perfect time to engage with a Naturopath to find safe and natural options to support you throughout each trimester. We want to set you and your baby up for the best possible start.
The postpartum period extends past six weeks to 6-12 months after giving birth. During this period, it is paramount that you feel supported and heard so that you can, in turn, help your baby in the best way possible. We treat both mother and child during this time to achieve the highest success rate and avoid the unwanted complications common in the postpartum period.
Babies require care too – learn how to reduce their risk of allergies or asthma and set them up to thrive! Small strategies make for big changes in our wee population. See what your ND can do for you.

What To Expect
Your Naturopath will listen to you thoroughly and make a meaningful and actionable plan. We aim to help make sustainable changes that greatly impact you and your little one. You’ll meet with your ND for about 75 minutes on the first visit and discuss all relevant pieces to your health and health history. You will discuss necessary blood work or imaging, and a sustainable treatment plan will be drafted, highlighting the priorities and phases of your care. You will discuss the benefits and alternatives to each decision with your ND so that you leave with an understanding of what to do and why it’s important.
During follow-up visits, we will review your labs and imaging, track your progress, and engage in deeper elements of your care. During these visits, we’ll also be looking at stage-specific parameters and whether we need to address specific factors related to your stage. As you move through your journey, we will adjust elements of your care to reflect both your needs and the needs of your little one. Your ND will also help you problem-solve in difficult times to have a successful journey.
We are your ally and aim to support you each step of the way.
